Employee Management Module

  • This menu provides the report related to Employee Master , Employee Task Scheduling ,  Employee entry wise time sheet , Employee subtask time sheet ,Task time sheet, Free Employee List, , Employee Login Detail , Employee attendance.



EMPLOYEE MASTER:

  • To add new employee in your organization Go to Employee menu >> Employee Master >> New Employee. 



NEW EMPLOYEE:

  • Now add the information as shown. Fields with * are must be fill. 
  • Status (active: Currently work in organization , Inactive: employee no longer available in organization), 
  • Date of joining , Birth date, monthly salary , rate per hour (Rate of employee to work for one hour),address, reign, Email, Reference, 
  • City (You can add new city from Setup menu >> City Master >> Add City), 
  • Postal code, user name, password (Employee can login with this username and password), phone, mobile etc. 
  • You can add information about emergency contact, which can be useful in critical situation. Information like contact person's first name, last name, relation with employee, description, leaving date. 
  • Administrator & Employee will get auto Email & SMS with his detail. 
  • Employee will get his\her username & password through Email. 
  • You can also add Designation from here.



TAB : EMPLOYEE DOCUMENT 

  • You can add employee document by click on Employee document tab from here & employee submitted document will display at the bottom of page. 


TAB : EMPLOYEE OTHER DETAIL

  • You can add employee Other Detail like PF Number, ESI Number, Aadhar Card number etc. 


TAB : EMPLOYEE RULE

  • You can get employee direct access single task approval open popup.


EMPLOYEE LIST:

  • Here you can view\edit any employee. 
  • And you can narrow your search by designation filter


TASK SCHEDULE:

  • From here user can see list of Current task and future coming task list. 
  • From here user can also able to search task using appropriate filters. 


TIME SHEET:

  • Here you can get important information with many aspect, 
  • Here you will found three time sheet names – Entry wise, Subtask wise & Task wise. 
  • Difference between three sheets are as below 
    • I.e. if a user made three entries in particular task’s first subtask, & two entries in 2nd subtask of same task. 
    • In Entry wise timesheet, you will get five different rows for each entry. 
    • In Subtask wise time sheet you will get 2 different rows, each for both


ENTRY WISE:

  • Here you can get important information with many aspect, 
  • Difference between three sheets are as below 
  • I.e. if a user made three entries in particular task’s first subtask, & two entries in 2nd subtask of same task. 
  • In Entry wise timesheet, you will get five different rows for each entry. 
  • In Subtask wise time sheet, you will get two different rows, each for both Subtask. 
  • In Task wise time sheet, you will get one row for particular task. 
  • By using filters, you can narrow your search. 
  • I.e. if you want to get data for an Employee that How much time, His/her spent on Particular Client’s particular Task in Last week. Than you need to select Particular Employee from Employee filter & Select Particular Client from Client, filter & Select Particular Task from Task filter. & Select from date: To Date in date filter. Therefore, by using filters on this way you can get your desire result. 
  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box


SUBTASK WISE:

  • Here you can get information Subtask wise. 
  • By Using Filters, you can narrow your search.


TASK WISE:

  • Here you can get information Task wise. 
  • By Using Filters you can narrow your search


EMPLOYEE FREE LIST:

  • Here you can see which employee has not any work on his/her dashboard. 


EMPLOYEE LOGIN DETAILS :

  • Here you will get Employee login detail in this Application with Login Time & Login IP.


EMP ATTENDANCE :

    • Employee attendance: 
    • From here user can add employee office in time and out time. 
    • And user can also see list of attendance



Add Attendance : 

  •  Select Name of Employee from Employee field
  •  Today’s Date appear, you can change it by click on it.
  •  In Time: Employee office in time.
  •  Out time: Employee office Out time. (To make entry of our time click on check box)
  •  Description: if any remarks like (he visited client place or taking any file or documents on site) then please click on save button employee attendance


Attendance List : 

  • Select employee name for check his/her office in-out time 
  • Select Date from_To__Date., Default you can show only todays attendance. 
  • In time Info & Out time Info field show that from where (By IP Address) and when (Entry Time & Date) particular user made particular Entry. 
  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box.
