- Client menu is use for add client group master, add client master, Client contact detail and its file detail, cancel client task, add visitor info. etc.
ADD GROUP + LIST:
- Here you can add group by filling below Information.
- All clients will come under Group. If Any Clients not belongs any group than create one “General” group for those clients.
- You can edit/view from list.
- You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box
CLIENT MASTER:
- There are two module in client
- Add client
- Client List.
ADD CLIENT :
- Here user can add client by filling necessary information.
- IT Status, You can select it status from drop down and you can add IT Status from IT Status master at upper right corner of the form.
- If You want give extra tag to client than you can use Sub Master, and you can add Sub Master values from Add Sub Master at upper right corner of the form
- Client will get all auto Email and SMS related to company on mention email address & Phone Number over here.
- Client & Administrator will get auto Email & SMS on new addition or edit of client data.
- On addition of client, Client username & Password will generate & to send Login Information to client use Reset Password page located in Setup Menu.
1.TAB - Add Client :

2. TAB - Multiple contact:
- You can also add multiple contact of client by click on Multiple contact tab at upper right corner of the form.
3.TAB – Legal Document:
- Here you can add Legal documents of clients, These documents will not reflect anywhere in application
4.TAB – Login Rights:
- From Here You can add other client’s right. & even you can give particular Client right to other client.
- I.e. If you are filling return of 5 Members of one family. Then from here, you can add other 4 members right to one head person. Therefore, application will disable all other four members’ login. & Form Head member’s login His/her can view all members’ data.
5.TAB – Work Assign:
- You can preset the Reporting Manager, Employee, bill amount etc… for particular client for selected task.
CLIENT LIST:
- Here you can edit/view any client detail.
- You can narrow your search by using filters.
- You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box
CLIENT CONTACT DETAIL:
- Here you can view basic detail of client.
- & Click on “+” Sign, You will get the Information of Files and its location available in your office
CANCEL CLIENT TASK:
- Here you can cancel any task (Approved or Not approved) of your client.
- For cancel task, just click on particular task and click on cancel button.
- You can narrow your search by using filters.
- From Here, you cannot continue reoccurrence task. To Discontinue any services from client you need to go in Task > Task Applicability >Set Reoccurrence task.
VISITOR MASTER:
- There are two Module
1) Add Visitor
2) Visitor List
ADD VISITOR:
- You can log your all visitor here.
- Visitor will get email & SMS.
VISITOR LIST:
- Here you can view/edit visitors.
- And you can narrow your search by using filters.
