Get Complete Information of Account Module

ACCOUNT MODULE :

  • Here you have all accounting related things like, Invoice, Receipt, Patty cash, Pending Invoice list, Pending receipt list, Margin information, Proforma Invoice, Client Ledger, Ledger Adjustment, Reimbursement, Transaction, Outstanding Amount List 


Invoice :

  • There are three module into it. 
    • New Invoice
    • Invoice List
    • Invoice Delete


1. New Invoice:

  • Here you can generate Invoice of any client for any services, which you are providing or provided. 
  • Here you can generate Invoice Multi Firm wise, Default invoice will generate for Main Firm, to generate invoice for other firm added as Multi Firm in firm master page you need to select that firm from “Firm” dropdown. 
  • You can generate invoice for one or more than one services together, you can select multiple choices from list. 
  • You can apply taxes by click on check box. 
  • Here you can get Information like Hour Spent, Actual costing, Cash Expense, & Pre define bill amount.
  • Here you can get actual costing at “Actual costing” (Application will count costing on the per hour rate which is mention in employee master )Here you can generate print of bill and after generation of bill client will get Email


2.  Invoice List:

  • Here you can get list of all generated Invoice. 
  • Here you can edit, print or view particular Invoice. 
  • Here you can remind your client about payment by select & send option, & client will get Email & SMS of remaining amount. For this first client or clients using check box & than click on “Email & SMS” Button located at upper right corner of grid. 
  • Here you can map Invoice with its receipt ID & Can get remaining amount. 
  • You can get client ledger of last year by selecting particular client from client field & Select from date, to date from date field. 
  • You can narrow your search by using filters. You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner ofclient invoice list.


Print Format:

3. Invoice Delete:

  • Here you can Delete a particular Invoice from invoice number. 


Payment Receipt :

  • There are two module into it. 
  • New Receipt 
  • Receipt List 

1.New Receipt:

  • Here you can generate receipt against one or more than one Invoices. 
  • Here you can generate print of receipt and after generate of receipt client will get email with attached receipt copy. 
  • Here you can take full or partial amount of particular Invoice. If you select full amount and enter receipt amount lesser then Invoice Amount, Difference will count as discount. 
  • You have to enter TDS manually. 
  • Auto Email & SMS will be sent to client and administrator 


Advance Receipt:

2.Receipt List:

•    Here you can get list of all generated receipt. 

•    Here you can map receipt with its bill ID. 

•    And you can narrow your search by using filters. 



Receipt Format:

Pending Invoice List:

  • Here you will get the list services for which still you have not generated Invoice. 
  • By click on last column of particular row, you will redirect to “New Invoice” page with particular row data.

 

Pending Receipt List:

  • Here you will get list of Invoices which payment has not made yet. 
  • By Click on “+” Sign you will get the detailed bill Information. 


Margin Information:

  • From This page, you can get Information for actual costing vs estimated costing vs Invoice amount. 
  • From This page, you can calculate margin for particular client, Particular Task & Time period wise. 
  • User can also see bill amount from here. 
  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box. 


Petty Cash :

  • There are two module into it. 
  • Add Expanse/ Deposit 
  • Cash Expanse / Deposit list 

 

 

1.Add Expanse/ Deposit:

  • Here you can track all cash financial activity. 
  • Here you can track your cash transaction client wise or any other way. 
  • Cash expanse for any client would be show on bill generation page. 
  • Here you can generate voucher (Print) of any transaction. 

 

1.New Expanse / Deposit:

  •  You Can add new expanse or deposit to petty cash by filling require detail in text box. 


Expense For Transaction of Office :

 

Deposit : 

  • Deposit money into petty cash. 
  • Add Virtual money into it.


1.Expanse / Deposit List:

  • List Expense / Deposit: It'll show listing of Expense and Deposit list 
  • You can narrow your search by using filters. 
  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box. 
  • Here you can print particular Voucher

Proforma Invoice :

  • There are three module into it. 
    1. New Proforma
    2. Proforma List
    3. Proforma delete


1.New Proforma:

  • Here you can generate proforma invoice of any client for any services which you are providing or provided. 
  • Here you can generate Proforma Invoice Multi Firm wise, Default invoice will generate for Main Firm, to generate invoice for other firm added as Multi Firm in firm master page you need to select that firm from “Firm” dropdown.

  • You can export data to Excel Sheet by click on Excel button located at Upper right corner of grid box


Proforma Format  :

3.Proforma Delete:

  • Here you can delete a particular Pro Forma Invoice.


Client Ledger:

  • Here you Can view Client or Firm ledger of a particular Dates


Ledger Adjustment:

  • Here you can add opening balance to a client ledger


Reimbursement:


Add:

  • Here You can add any Reimbursement occurred during a task.


List:

  • Here you can get list of all generated Reimbursement


Transaction:

  • Here you can check the transaction with the unique transaction ID


Outstanding:

  • Here you can see the any outstanding amount for the clients.
