There are three modules into it.
- Email – SMS Scheduler
- Scheduler List
- Scheduler Email SMTP
1.Email – SMS Scheduler:
- Here you can schedule Email / SMS based on Task, Client, Invoice, Employee or you can send Email / SMS from a Excel Sheet.
Scheduler based on Task:
- Here you can schedule Email/ SMS based on Task and Subtask’s status.
- You can schedule by its effective date or due date and you can select the interval between two sent mails.
- If you select Infinite in scheduler date then scheduler will continue until you inactive it.
- Here Message Tag will retrieve Data from the system.
Scheduler based on Client:
- Here you can start the scheduler based on client status , which can be Active or Inactive
Scheduler based on Employee:
- Here you can start the scheduler based on client status and their Designation.
Scheduler based on Invoice:
- Here you can start the scheduler based on Invoice Creation date or Due date.
Scheduler based on Imported Excel Sheet:
- Here we have given a demo sheet where you can fill data and can send Email / SMS to that Email ids and Mobile Numbers
Scheduler List:
- Here you can see the list of created schedulers.
- You can Change its status Active or Inactive.
- You can View the details about scheduler.
Scheduler Details:
Scheduler Email SMTP:
- Here we have to configure an Email ID by which all Mails will be sent.
- We can set the SSL (Secured Socket Layer) security.
- When we configure Email SMTP, we can send test mail.
- We can edit the configured Email or we can delete it.
